About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at CareCo in Sanford, ME. As a leading provider of healthcare services in the region, we are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee our operations and drive growth in Maine.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence in Maine

Oversee and manage the performance of multiple healthcare facilities in the region

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Lead and mentor a team of facility managers and staff

Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve company objectives

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in healthcare management preferred

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills

High level of computer knowledge
