Regional Manager – Quick Service Restaurants
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year + bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time, ~50 hours/week, weekend availability as needed

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multi-unit operations in the fast-food/quick-service industry. This leader will drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and support growth across their region.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and store leadership teams
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
Support new restaurant openings and market growth initiatives
Monitor customer satisfaction and brand reputation
Oversee budgets, labor, food, and operating costs
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven success managing budgets and improving P&L results
Ability to travel regularly within the region
Bachelor’s degree preferred
