Regional Manager – Quick Service Restaurants

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year + bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time, ~50 hours/week, weekend availability as needed

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multi-unit operations in the fast-food/quick-service industry. This leader will drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and support growth across their region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and store leadership teams

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance

• Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations

• Support new restaurant openings and market growth initiatives

• Monitor customer satisfaction and brand reputation

• Oversee budgets, labor, food, and operating costs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven success managing budgets and improving P&L results

• Ability to travel regularly within the region

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
