Christie’s International Real Estate Group is seeking a full-time Regional Marketing Manager based at our Hoboken Sales Gallery, supporting our offices throughout Hudson County and Southeast Bergen County. Occasional travel to other regional offices may be required. Responsibilities: Marketing Production & Design: • Develop and produce marketing materials for the company and individual real estate agents, including graphic design, layout, and content submission to vendors. Deliver both print and digital assets such as advertising, postcards, mailers, e-newsletters, e-cards, social media campaigns, public relations pieces, and event collateral, all consistent with brand identity. Agent Support & Customer Service: • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure agent satisfaction with all marketing tools, campaigns, and deliverables. Offer hands-on support for all agent marketing needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including branch managers, office administrators, regional and corporate marketing teams, and external vendors. Onboarding & Launches: • Support the management team in onboarding new agents by creating welcome materials and producing launch campaigns, including email announcements, postcards, and social media posts. Marketing Platform & CRM Management: • Assist agents in utilizing Christie’s proprietary marketing portal and CRM. Conduct ongoing training sessions for agents and office staff. Serve as the point of contact for portal updates, new template rollouts, and system enhancements in collaboration with the corporate team. Social Media Strategy: • Provide support and strategic guidance to agents on social media content creation, campaign execution, and brand consistency. Listing Presentations: • Collaborate with agents on the creation of high-quality listing presentations. Attend client listing appointments as needed to represent the marketing team and elevate the brand presentation. Advertising Coordination: • Manage the submission and placement of advertising content with designated vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both print and digital campaigns. Event Marketing & Representation: • Represent the marketing team at key company events, such as regional meetings, community events, and recruiting functions. Support the coordination of promotional materials and event branding. Promotional Materials: • Oversee the ordering and inventory of promotional items, ensuring alignment with brand standards and event needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent relevant experience • Prior experience in marketing; real estate industry experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in graphic design and layout, with hands-on experience using PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), and InDesign • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding writing skills and a strong commitment to delivering superior customer service • Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company at the highest level and build strong relationships with agents, colleagues, and vendors • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and planning, with the ability to recommend and implement effective tactics across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, content marketing, direct mail, video, and paid advertising Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
