Job Description
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing programs across the NAM region. It will involve close collaboration with regional sales director and sales teams to support growth objectives, while delivering timely, relevant, and impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
•Develop and execute targeted, defined and measurable regional marketing plans
•Create regional content including customer testimonials and case studies that support the regional marketing plan
•Ensure local compliance with brand guidelines ; Train regions and sites to ensure appropriate brand deployment.
•Support country Agents and Distributors with Channel Marketing support and resources
•Support approved regional trade shows and other customer events ensuring alignment with Global Marketing
•Provide market intelligence from the regional perspective, including analysis and Voice of Customer input. Gather, synthesize, and provide market analysis and intelligence from the field to global Marketing including local Voice of the Customer interviews
•Participate in ad hoc requests for various initiatives, including new product launches, site openings and M&A etc.
•Consolidate regional feedback, assess campaign performance and demand generation , and provide regional market insights back to Global Marketing
•In this role, you will lead the development, customization, and execution of John Crane’s marketing strategy for the NAM region. As part of the global marketing team, you will report directly to the Regional Marketing and LATAM Manager and serve as the primary marketing contact for the NAM regional sales organization.
•You will provide strategic marketing direction for the region, supporting demand generation, new product introductions, and vertical marketing initiatives to drive market share growth. This role requires a high level of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence both regional and global stakeholders.
•Responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs tailored to the NAM region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local business needs.
•You will act as the first point of contact for marketing-related matters in NAM. Partner closely with Regional Sales Director and sales teams to support commercial goals and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities.
•You will work across Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives, including supporting global teams with localized content; collaborating with strategic marketing and portfolio teams to identify regional portfolio gaps; and develop white papers, case studies, and sales tools.
•Expected to execute regional marketing campaigns and brand-building activities, including content development, tradeshow support, lead nurturing, and customer retention programs -ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines.
•You will manage the application of brand strategy and design guidelines in the region and collaborate with the Brand Identity and Events Manager to provide training and oversight to ensure consistent and compliant use of brand assets.
•Responsible for providing regional insights and market intelligence to inform global marketing strategies and product development priorities.

Qualifications
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic and flexible environment
•Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with ability to plan over 3-year time span
•Bachelor's degree ideally in business/marketing
•Min 5 years’ Experience as a Marketing Generalist/Manager
•Demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans, preferably in an industrial B2B environment, and be comfortable interfacing with internal/external
•Must have a high degree of written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
•Must have the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
•Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management process is essential
