    i9 Sports is the largest, kid focused, and convenient youth sports organization in the United States. Our organization represents the largest franchise system within the i9 Sports network. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to help us take our digital and grass roots marketing to the next level.

    This position is fully remote, however, the preference is a candidate who lives in the Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO, or Austin, TX areas.. Duties include:

    Develop and execute a marketing calendar for social media and communications across multiple franchise territories

    Writing and delivering marketing emails and customer communications

    Writing and delivering marketing texts

    Managing multiple social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms

    Creating and delivering social media content

    Creating marketing flyers using Canva platform

    Creating local ads, as needed

    Customer Service – respond to Google and Facebook Reviews

    Working with local operations staff for at the field marketing and customer communication to drive registrations

    Digital ad oversight and execution

    Responsible for new member growth within each territory

    Managing road sign routes within each territory

    Managing flyer delivery routes

    Scheduling and managing in-person events

    Purchasing marketing materials

    Assists with answering phones

    Building and managing the marketing budget

    Standards

    Achieving the registration goals for each franchise location

    Maintaining our standards for communication

    Effective use of marketing platforms including Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Franchise Manager, and other platforms

    Meeting all marketing deadlines for each franchise served

    This is a remote position.

    Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
