    We are seeking a results-driven and personable Regional Marketing Specialist to promote our cardiovascular services to nursing homes, physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This role will focus on increasing awareness, driving referrals, and fostering long-term relationships with key healthcare providers in the region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent cardiovascular service offerings to skilled nursing facilities, primary care providers, podiatrists, and other referral sources.

    Develop and execute territory outreach plans to increase patient referrals and brand awareness.

    Schedule and conduct regular in-person visits with medical directors, administrators, and staff at healthcare facilities.

    Educate providers and clinical teams on the benefits and outcomes of cardiovascular diagnostics, treatments, and patient care pathways.

    Collaborate with internal departments including clinical teams, scheduling, and marketing to support seamless referral and onboarding processes.

    Monitor territory performance metrics and referral trends; report findings and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Attend local health fairs, community events, and professional networking opportunities.

    Maintain CRM records and activity logs to track outreach, engagement, and outcomes.

    Stay current on industry trends, payer policies, and competitive services in the cardiovascular space.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    2–4 years of marketing, outreach, or sales experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

    Prior experience working with or calling on physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, or hospital systems is a plus.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to travel extensively within assigned region (valid driver’s license required).

    Knowledge of cardiovascular healthcare services and terminology preferred.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.

    Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

    Experience using CRM platforms

    Confidence in presenting to both clinical and administrative audiences.

    Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
