Who You Are

You're a board-certified primary care physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine) who has grown into clinical leadership and wants a role that honors both. You hold an active Texas medical license or are eligible to obtain one. You have experience in a Medicare Advantage or value-based care environment, and you've held clinical leadership responsibility- whether as a site lead, medical director, department chair, or quality program leader. You value longitudinal, relationship-driven care and you're energized by a senior-focused panel built around outcomes, not visit counts. You're looking for a practice where your input matters and where the people running it actually practice medicine themselves.

Who We Are

This is a physician-founded, physician-led practice. The founding physician still sees patients and remains actively involved. The panel is primarily Medicare Advantage, and the model is built around value-based care. We are not looking for someone to step away from patients and into an administrative seat. This role is for a physician who wants both.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in an established, senior-focused panel
• Serve in a Regional Medical Director capacity, providing clinical leadership across the practice
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours only. No evenings, no weekends.
