    Regional Wound Care Specialist (RN, WCC Certified)
    $120K–$130K Base + Car/Gas Allowance + Growth Opportunity

    A well-established and highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a Regional Wound Care Specialist RN to support multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across a growing regional network.     This role reports directly into Corporate Leadership and will serve as the wound care clinical expert across designated facilities within the organization’s portfolio.

    Position Highlights

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and support wound care programs across multiple SNF locations
    • Provide hands-on clinical guidance and wound care expertise
    • Educate and train facility leadership teams, nursing staff, and frontline caregivers
    • Ensure best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes
    • Partner closely with DONs, Administrators, and regional leadership teams
    • Travel approximately 50% throughout the region

    Qualifications

    • Active RN license
    • Wound Care Certified (WCC/WOCN or equivalent) required
    • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
    • Strong clinical education and leadership presence
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating across facilities and corporate teams
