  • Responsibilities

    Job Summary The Performance Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating an exceptional client experience across our three SWTHZ studios. This role focuses heavily on sales growth, community outreach, and member satisfaction while supporting and mentoring on-site teams in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly studio goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership

    Own and drive all key sales metrics: intro offers, memberships, multi-packs, upgrades, and referrals

    Coach and hold team members accountable to individual and studio-wide sales targets

    Implement consistent sales processes and best practices across all locations

    Track conversion metrics and identify opportunities for upselling and retention

    Community Engagement & Events

    Develop and oversee in-studio and offsite event calendars for each location

    Forge partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and wellness groups

    Coordinate promotional activities to drive brand awareness and traffic

    Member Experience

    Ensure every studio reflects the SWTHZ standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and service

    Support staff in cultivating a high-energy, welcoming, wellness-focused culture

    Address member feedback and proactively identify areas to improve satisfaction and loyalty

    Operational Performance

    Conduct regular studio visits to assess team performance, facility readiness, and culture

    Collaborate with the owner on quarterly performance reviews and bonus metrics

    Contribute to hiring, training, and onboarding processes as needed

    Qualifications

    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

    Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills

    Comfort with data tracking, KPIs, and using CRM/POS software

    Passion for health, recovery, and wellness culture

    Willingness to travel between studios weekly (Boardman, Pittsburgh, North Canton, Akron)

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

    Quarterly performance bonus based on total enterprise gross revenue
