    What You’ll Do

    • Lead regional recruitment strategy aligned with workforce and growth goals
    • Partner with executives to anticipate hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
    • Oversee full-cycle, high-quality recruitment across clinical and leadership roles
    • Develop and mentor a high-performing recruiting team
    • Drive hiring for critical service lines and leadership positions
    • Improve efficiency using data, metrics, and recruitment technology
    • Strengthen employer brand through marketing, partnerships, and community engagement
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align hiring strategy and budgets

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 5+ years of multi-site, high-volume recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
    • 2+ years of leadership experience
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships
    • Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred)

    Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification
