    About the Position

    The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing the commercial growth strategy for the NYC/NJ region. This involves managing a team of up to 9 field-based sales reps, including account executives and sales specialists, and providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to drive sales success and market adoption of a comprehensive portfolio of cancer diagnostic solutions.

    Success in this role will require building a high-performing team culture, coaching and developing talent, and executing a regional sales strategy that aligns with company growth initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners, as well as regular field travel to support team performance and deepen relationships with key customers. This is a highly visible role for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming cancer care.

    About the Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
    • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing and coaching high-performing teams
    • Deep understanding of the oncology, pathology, or diagnostics markets
    • Proven ability to lead regional sales strategy and exceed revenue targets
    • Experience building senior-level client relationships and navigating complex buying processes
    • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • 50% local field travel required, minimal overnights. Home-office based
