• Our client is a leader in the Air Handler industry and is actively seeking a Regional Sales Director based in Detroit, Michigan, to oversee a multi-state territory, including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Responsibilities:

• This role will focus on revitalizing relationships with existing clients while also driving new business development.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated success in HVAC sales, specifically in the B2B space.
• A Bachelor's degree is also a requirement for this position.
• As a Regional Sales Director, the individual will be responsible for generating new business, identifying and acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary to 100k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure.
• First-year on-target earnings range from 200k - 300kor more.
