  • Responsibilities

    Work remotely in South Carolina as a Regional Sales Manager for a family-friendly OEM. They've been in business since 1950 and are considered a world leader in modernized processing equipment used in food, pharmaceutical, and other industries worldwide.     Requirements:

    • Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.
    • Experience using business software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple states.
    • Collaborate as a key member of the sales team, sometimes leading the team and at other times providing support.
    • Understand and gather customer requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
    • Align customer needs with product offerings and services.
    • Work closely with the Application Engineering team to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Meet sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
    • Analyze competitors’ product strengths and weaknesses to position our offerings effectively.
    • Visit customer facilities to assess project needs and offer solutions for current and future equipment.
    • Coordinate with internal teams including:
      • Applications Engineers
      • Project Engineers
      • Project Managers
      • Product line sales and service teams to deliver comprehensive system proposals and resolve customer concerns.
    • Proficiently use various software tools, including:
      • CRM systems to accurately log and manage customer data.
      • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for daily tasks.

    $90,000-$130,000 per year
