The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting finance and accounting professionals in the US mid-market. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies that drive adoption of our agentic AI solutions, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about transforming Finance & Accounting through AI.
Key Responsibilities
Evangelize Hyperbots in the market while maintaining a strategic focus on ICPs, industries, and target roles.
Monitor competition, prospects, and accounts, and strategize the sales process from discovery to contract signing.
Drive new business development and revenue growth within the assigned US mid-market territory.
Schedule meetings, run product demos, and manage feedback flow from customers to internal teams.
Orchestrate pricing negotiations and strategize on funnel expansion.
Set up and manage product trials with prospects, building business cases around their pain points.
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to finance and accounting departments or professionals.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling SaaS, workflow automation, or AI/ML solutions preferred.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, systems, and terminology.
Familiarity with ERP systems and AI-driven automation technologies.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant finance/accounting certifications a plus.
