    Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Travel Allowance

    We are a fast-growing aluminum pergola manufacturer specializing in premium outdoor structures for dealer networks and commercial projects. Our products are designed to elevate modular homes, hospitality spaces, and outdoor living environments with modern, durable, and high-margin solutions.

    We are expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to build and grow our dealer network while developing commercial sales opportunities.

    Position Overview

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new dealer relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving commercial project sales within an assigned region. This is a hunter + relationship builder role with strong income potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and partners

    Manage and grow an existing book of business

    Develop and close commercial opportunities (builders, contractors, hospitality, etc.)

    Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, and training

    Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management

    Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities

    Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and project execution

    Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

    Qualifications

    3+ years of B2B sales experience (building products, outdoor living, construction, or similar preferred)

    Proven ability to prospect and close new business

    Experience working with dealers or distribution networks strongly preferred

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales Regional independently

    Willingness to travel regularly within assigned Regional

    What We Offer

    Base Salary: $65,000

    Commission: Uncapped (targeting $2M+ annual sales)
