    • Sales Strategy: Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales quotas, working closely with your team to achieve these targets.
    • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working with all operating divisions that support the sales organization.
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyze market trends, manage sales reports, and ensure all sales activities align with company goals and objectives.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: At least five years of sales experience, with two years in a management or supervisory role.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
    • Self-Motivation: A high-energy self-starter who can work independently and make sound business judgments.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week, up to 36 weeks per year.
