    Our client is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to expand market presence and develop new business opportunities across the Midwest and beyond. This is an individual contributor role focused on territory growth, customer acquisition, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, system integrators, and distribution partners.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys opening doors, identifying opportunities, and helping customers solve operational challenges through innovative technology solutions. While experience in industrial automation, HMI solutions, or related technologies is preferred, professionals with a successful track record selling technical B2B products into industrial markets are encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on new business development and market expansion.
    • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted technical sales resource.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that address customer operational and business objectives.
    • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline forecasts, and customer information within the company's CRM platform.

    Requirements

    • Proven success in B2B technical sales, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, automation, controls, software, or related markets.
    • Strong business development and hunting experience with a track record of generating new opportunities.
    • Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
    • Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and utilizing CRM systems effectively.
    • Willingness to travel throughout the territory to support customer relationships, business development efforts, and industry events.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience selling industrial automation, HMI, controls, software, or related technical solutions.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial, marine, energy, infrastructure, or related markets.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
