    Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Products - Base Salary to 95k/year - Seattle, WA

    • Our client is a well-established, privately held manufacturer with over 100 years of success producing industrial-grade tools and equipment used in metalworking, fabrication, and construction environments. They sell through distribution channels and directly to end users and are focused on significant growth across North America.
    • They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, working with distributors, OEM partners, and end users in industrial and fabrication markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building with distributors, OEMs, and end users
    • Manage and grow a multi-state territory (WA, OR, ID, AK) with 50–75% overnight travel
    • Maintain and expand existing accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities
    • Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
    • Sell into industrial environments including fabrication shops, manufacturers, and contractors
    • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track opportunities, and forecast sales

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience selling industrial or manufacturing-related products into end users and distribution channels
    • Experience calling on customers such as fabricators, manufacturers, contractors, or industrial buyers
    • Demonstrated success growing revenue within an assigned geographic territory
    • Willingness and ability to travel overnight 50–75% within WA, OR, ID, and AK
    • Must reside within one hour of Seattle, WA
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 85k - 95k/year range plus commission
