    Regional Sales Manager – West (Industrial Heating Solutions)

    Remote – Southwest USA (Ideally Texas or California)

    Role Summary

    A leading global provider of industrial heating technology is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across the Western U.S. This role focuses on developing regional business plans, expanding key accounts, and supporting customers who rely on advanced high-temperature solutions.

    The product portfolio includes industrial furnaces, metallic heating elements, ceramic heating elements, radiant APM/APMT tubes, and diffusion cassettes.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Develop and execute the regional sales business plan.
    • Drive short-term (18-month rolling) sales and business development objectives.
    • Manage pricing strategy, territory planning, and account development.
    • Engage technical decision-makers and target strategic accounts.
    • Lead competitive intelligence on pricing, market trends, and key players.
    • Manage and develop independent sales representatives.
    • Convert qualified leads into long-term customers through strategic follow-up.
    • Travel approximately 50% across the Western/Southwestern U.S. and Canada.

    What You Bring

    • 6+ years of successful high-value sales management experience, preferably in the U.S. market.
    • Proven record of quota achievement and accurate forecasting.
    • Strong business and financial acumen.
    • Relationship-driven mindset and experience in technical sales.
    • Background in OEM sales, customer management, and contract negotiation.
    • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering — or equivalent experience.
    • Preferred: experience in industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries.
    • Excellent business English communication skills.
    • Valid driver’s license.
