    Security Sales Manager
    New England

    This role is for a hands-on security sales leader who coaches, strategizes, visits customers, and helps close business with the team. You would take over 10+ Account Executives selling security projects that typically range from $50,000 to $150,000.

    What You Get to Do

    • Lead 10+ mid-market Account Executives with direct ownership of day-to-day sales execution

    • Spend most of your time with the reps in strategy sessions, customer meetings, and active deals

    • Run one-on-ones that improve performance and sharpen execution

    • Coach underperformers and keep strong reps producing

    • Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal progression, and bookings accountability

    • Hold reps accountable for clean pipeline management and consistent execution

    • Review quotes before they go to customers to protect accuracy, margin, and fit

    • Step into deals with pricing guidance, solution alignment, and technical support

    • Act as a resource on security solutions for both reps and customers

    • Work with operations, engineering, and leadership to make sure sold projects are executable

    What You Have Already Done

    • Managed or closely mentored B2B sales reps and improved how they sell

    • Led in a tactical sales environment where reps expected you to be in the work with them

    • Sold security and/or fire solutions and can speak credibly about the technical side

    • Helped reps move deals from qualification through close

    • Managed pipeline, forecasting, and bookings discipline across a team

    • Coached underperformers without lowering the bar for the rest of the team

    • Built trust with reps by being useful, direct, and consistent

    • Worked well with operations and technical teams to get deals across the line

    Why You Would Do It

    This is a strong seat for someone who wants influence without inheriting a mess. The team is stable, and many are in the $2 million to $4 million range. You would be stepping into a real sales team with credible deal sizes, strong accounts, and room to make an immediate impact by being the kind of leader reps respect and leadership trusts.

    Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 plus commission
