    As Regional Sales Manager – Northeast, you’ll have the exciting chance to grow a territory, build powerful distribution relationships, and take a leadership role in our expanding commercial team.     Key Responsibilities

    Hit the ground running to expand TTI’s presence across the Northeast U.S.

    ● Build and nurture a regional distribution network and develop OEM relationships

    ● Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities

    ● Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and strategy

    ● Attend industry trade shows and site visits to engage directly with distributors and end customers

    ● Deliver value-based sales presentations and technical product knowledge to customers

    ● Track and report on sales metrics and regional KPIs to leadership

    Requirements

    ● Previous sales experience in the industrial filtration industry is strongly preferred

    ● 3–7 years of experience in outside or territory sales

    ● CRM proficiency (NetSuite experience a plus)

    ● Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a defined territory

    ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    ● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with our commercial team

    ● Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region (up to 50%)

    ● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
