    What You’ll Do:

    • Coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team focused on both new business development and growing existing accounts.

    • Manage inventory and stock requests to maximize profitability.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience

    • Strong understanding of sales metrics, profit/loss, and estimating

    • Proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
