General objective of the role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading regional sales and dealer development for Ecorobotix’s precision turf-care system. You will be responsible for generating demand, driving regional sales growth, supporting dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships (golf course superintendents, turf managers, and sod growers).
Reporting lines and interactions
This role will report to the U.S. Golf & Turf Sales Director. Internally, close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales Managers to execute go-to-market activities, is required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
Build and manage relationships with dealers and end users.
Plan and coordinate demo events with Pre-Sales Managers and Product teams.
Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasts, and account activity.
Collaborate with Marketing on regional lead generation and events.
Represent Ecorobotix with professionalism at all industry events.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in golf, turf, or precision agriculture equipment sales.
Strong dealer or territory management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy, or related field preferred.
Experience / Skills
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and travel extensively (up to 70%).
