    We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a defined territory depending on where you reside. Qualified candidates will need to reside in the East Coast

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and coordinate the sales activities within the region

    Establish sales territories, meet quotas, and goals for yourself and with assigned distributors

    Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

    Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

    Report on team performance

    Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

    Build and form new partnerships with existing distributors and potential new distributors

    Qualifications:

    Manufacturing background in capital equipment sales, preferably metrology or machining

    Experience in sales management, territory management, and relationship building

    Capital Equipment Sales experience through multiple channels (Distribution and Direct)

    Strong understanding of metrology solutions, video projection, and light projection technology

    Good mix between hunter, sales cycle management and closer.

    Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required (50% to 60%)

    Limited International travel required

    Experience with distributor management and support

    Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and sales reporting tools

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

    Prior experience in the manufacturing or metrology solutions industry is a plus

    Must be able to pass a background check

    Must have a valid passport

    Must be a US citizen
