We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for a medical device role covering Orange County to San Diego. This is a field-based territory position that manages existing accounts and calls on physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, hospitals, medical schools, and dentists. The focus is on communicating product benefits, driving adoption, and building strong relationships within the medical community. Approximately 85% of the time will be spent following up on company-provided leads. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on building a long-term career in medical sales.

Requirements:

1. Home-based position (Greater Orange County, CA)
2. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to obtain hospital credentials
3. Must pass a background check
4. Must pass drug screening

Territory: Orange County through San Diego, including the greater San Diego area. Regular travel throughout the territory is required, including occasional overnight travel when needed.

Travel Requirements: ~40% travel, including ~2 overnights per month covering Orange County through San Diego (hotel provided). Air travel is required for conferences and trade shows 4–6 times per year. Regular on-site client visits required.
