    💰 What You’ll Earn

    Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience and network)

    On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$125,000+ (uncapped commission)

    Company Vehicle Provided

    🎯 What You’ll Do

    Build Powerful Client Relationships

    Develop strong partnerships with residential and commercial clients, insurance professionals, and key referral sources

    Understand client needs and deliver tailored restoration solutions

    Maintain and grow long-term accounts through consistent engagement

    Drive Revenue & Regional Growth

    Prospect and secure new business opportunities across Houston and surrounding areas

    Manage and expand an active pipeline of leads and referrals

    Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

    Track performance and opportunities using CRM tools

    Be the Face of the Brand

    Represent CRDN Team Crouch at networking events and within the community

    Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction

    Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning

    🚗 What You’ll Need

    Proven sales experience with a strong track record in relationship building and account management

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and time-management abilities

    Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

    Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related field is a plus

    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

    Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Must be insurable under company auto policy

    Willingness to drive a company-provided vehicle daily
