    Position Summary:

    The Regional Sales Representative (RSM) for Georgia and Florida is responsible for managing sales growth and dealer relationships within the assigned territory. This individual will drive revenue, support dealers through regular field visits and virtual engagement, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. The position requires consistent travel and coordination with inside teams to ensure the highest levels of dealer satisfaction.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Territory & Relationship Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned dealers in Georgia and Florida.

    Travel approximately 1–2 days per week on average within the territory, including occasional extended trips as required.

    In-office presence for non-travel days at the Alpharetta, GA location to collaborate with inside sales, logistics, customer service, and leadership.

    Sales Growth & Execution:

    Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive dealer engagement and strategic account development.

    Promote new products, seasonal programs, and marketing initiatives to drive dealer participation and volume.

    Conduct in-person and remote product demonstrations and training.

    CRM Management & Reporting:

    Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain dealer activity records, manage pipelines, track interactions, and generate reports.

    Provide regular updates on performance, trends, dealer activity, and competitor insights.

    Cross-Functional Support:

    Collaborate with internal departments (customer service, purchasing, fulfillment) to resolve issues and improve service.

    Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in agriculture, turf, UTV, construction, or related industries

    Salesforce CRM experience is required

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proactive and independent, with strong time management and organizational abilities

    Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Georgia and Florida

    Based in or near Alpharetta, GA
