Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team. This role will initially be commission-based for the first 3-6 months, with the potential for a salaried position based on demonstrated competency and performance. Terms, commission, and details will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our range of medicinal cannabis products to dispensaries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Provide product education and support to budtenders.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is necessary.
Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system is a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be organized and punctual
