    Job Description:

    Jackalope Brewing Co. is on a mission to bring people together over legendary brews. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to help achieve our ambitious target of selling 15,000 barrels (206,700 CE's) of beer by December 31, 2027.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Growth: Drive sales volume and revenue growth for Jackalope Brewing Co. products within the designated territory, focusing on both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (grocery, liquor stores) accounts.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers, actively communicating Jackalope's commitment to quality and sustainability.
    • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to introduce Jackalope Brewing products to new accounts, showcasing our legendary brews and aligning with our vision of bringing people together.
    • Product Education: Conduct beer tastings, events, and training sessions for retailers, distributors, and consumers to enhance brand awareness and knowledge of Jackalope Brewing's product lineup. Highlight our commitment to creating legendary brews and our engagement in sustainability practices.
    • Sales Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to provide feedback to the management team and inform strategic decisions, in line with our values of continuous improvement and performance-based culture.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions to the Sales Director.
    • Event Participation: Represent Jackalope Brewing Co. at beer festivals, promotional events, and trade shows to promote the brand and engage with the craft beer community, reinforcing our vision of bringing people together.
    • Distribution Management: Work closely with distributors to ensure adequate product inventory, merchandising, and execution of promotional programs.
    • Travel: Travel within the region to visit accounts, distributors, and events as needed (expect around 50% travel time).

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or craft beer industry.
    • Strong passion for craft beer and alignment with our core values: commitment to quality, continuous improvement, sustainability, and a performance-based culture.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and team members.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to attend events and meet with accounts.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
