Responsibilities: • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 base plus commissions
