    We’re seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to help expand our presence as a Regional Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll focus on growing business within your local market by building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. You should be confident, self-starting, and energized by the chance to exceed targets in a fast-paced setting. You’ll play an important role in driving regional success—applying your sales expertise, communication skills, and market knowledge to create lasting client connections and generate measurable results. Responsibilities: • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 base plus commissions
