Job Description
You'll be the organizational backbone for our Regional Superintendents of Instruction in NYC, managing the countless details that allow school leaders to focus on what matters most—supporting teachers and students. In this role, you'll coordinate schedules, manage projects, and facilitate communication across our regional schools, ensuring that initiatives like professional development, collaborative scoring, and leadership meetings run smoothly. You'll work directly with school principals and regional teams, building relationships and solving problems that help our schools succeed. Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $22.50/hr to $26.44/hr.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. If you meet all job description requirements you will likely receive an offer of $23/hr.
