Regional Starts and Compliance Specialist (Focus: Insurance & Contract Compliance)
Job Description
David Weekley Homes is seeking a Regional Starts and Compliance Specialist to join our Regional Purchasing Services team. This role will primarily focus on managing insurance and contract compliance for our Preferred Partners, acting as the region’s first internal point of review before documentation is routed to the Legal team. This role will also oversee the setup of Preferred Partners in our system, ensuring everything is properly aligned for success.
While this position will concentrate on insurance and compliance, the ideal candidate is also cross-trained (or willing to be) on job starts and start proofs. You’ll work closely with a counterpart focused on the starts side to provide ongoing mutual support and occasional coverage during absences and high-volume periods.
