Regional Support Administrator
Hybrid Schedule (2 Days In-Office)

Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Compliance & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with payroll coordination
- Support promotion tracking and role changes
- Handle regional and interdepartmental updates
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Oversee sales presentation materials and marketing assets
- Manage inventory for clothing and technology
- Ensure teams are equipped with necessary tools and resources
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, collect, and maintain key documents including:
- KPI tracking
- Quarterly reviews
- Performance plans
- Weekly sales presentations (Friday calls)
Expense & Budget Oversight
- Support expense reimbursement processes
- Assist with annual bonuses, training expenses, and monthly sales events
Team & Cross-Functional Support
- Provide ongoing support to sales team members and customers
- Partner with Production, Field Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership
- Assist with vehicle scheduling and basic fleet coordination
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams
