Coordinate and facilitate the installation and training for Electronic Service Menu, MenuBuilder data analytics, ProSystems reporting and other technology offerings including application at the customers location and through virtual support. Manage all aspects of service menu development, deployment, training and support to increase sales performance. Providing customer facing reporting and analytics documenting sales activity. Provide Training for other technology offerings at dealer location and virtually to add to the sales process.
