Regional Underwriting Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 150k/year - Spokane, WA

• Our client, a respected and established P&C Insurer with locations across CA, WA, NV, and AZ has an immediate need for a Regional Underwriting Manager to join their team.
• The Regional Underwriting Manager may review and underwrite the most complex technical risks and grants underwriting authority to all underwriters in the region. This position assists in the development of the regional business strategy, develops metrics, and determines what products and services best support the regional territory.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance, underwriting integrity, service standards, and production.
• Provide review, mentoring and technical assistance and training to regional commercial lines underwriters in the interpretation of underwriting policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:

• 10+ plus years of experience in commercial/agriculture underwriting general liability, property, and auto. CPCU preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 95k - 150k/year range plus profit sharing, bonus & salary increases.
