    This is a multi-site P&L mandate for a high-performing operations executive to lead the regional growth of a premier commercial landscape maintenance platform. The organization is a dominant regional provider serving corporate campuses, HOAs, retail centers, and institutional properties, built on recurring contract revenue and positioned for aggressive organic and acquisitive expansion.

    The incoming Regional Vice President will command a portfolio of branches, tasked with driving margin, route efficiency, and contract retention across a distributed field operation. The mandate is to convert a collection of locations into a single high-performing operating system—standardizing execution, protecting gross margin, and building the branch-leadership bench required to scale. This is a role for a leader who understands that in maintenance, profitability is engineered route by route.

    KEY LEADERSHIP MANDATES

    • Regional P&L Ownership: Hold full accountability for multi-branch P&L performance, with direct ownership of field labor margin and EBITDA contribution.
    • Recurring Revenue Growth: Drive contract renewals, enhancement cross-sell, and net-new account acquisition to expand recurring revenue across the region.
    • Route Density Optimization: Engineer routing and crew productivity to maximize density, reduce drive time, and lift revenue-per-man-hour across all locations.
    • Margin Preservation: Install job-costing and labor-tracking discipline to protect gross margin against wage pressure and material inflation.
    • Branch Leadership Development: Recruit, develop, and hold accountable branch managers and account teams to consistent execution standards.
    • Enhancement Cross-Sell: Build a disciplined enhancement-revenue engine that converts maintenance relationships into higher-margin project work.
    • M&A Integration: Partner on acquisition diligence and lead post-close integration of acquired operations onto a common operating model.
    • KPI & SLA Discipline: Deploy labor-cost, utilization, and quality KPIs to drive performance and protect client SLAs across the portfolio.

    IDEAL EXECUTIVE PROFILE

    The successful candidate is a multi-site operations leader with a background in commercial landscape maintenance, route-based services, or branch-network field services. You possess a verifiable track record of owning a regional P&L in the $20M-$50M range, improving field labor margin, and integrating or standardizing operations across multiple locations. You are a data-literate operator who can translate route-level metrics into regional profitability.
