    Registered Associate Therapist, AMFT, APPC or ACSW We are looking for dedicated Associate Therapists (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) to join our outpatient group private practice. Our team is experienced and committed to providing excellent care while adhering to legal and ethical standards. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment and strive to make our practice a fantastic workplace for everyone. This position is an in-office-only opportunity. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive intake, billing, and referral services so you can focus solely on delivering top-notch client care. This position requires a minimum one-year commitment and up to 35 hours per week (full benefits are available to employees who work 40 hours per week). Responsibilities: • Providing support to parents as part of the care • Timely Documentation (within practice guidelines) • Willing and able to work both collaboratively and independently • Assess and create treatment plans for individual, family, and couples counseling • Receptive to supervision • Provide care and complete documentation • Schedule future appointments of active clients • Admin rate pay is also provided Qualifications: • Counseling: 2+ years (required) • Passion for working with youth and early intervention • Understanding of mental health disorders • Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines • Open to learning from our talented clinicians • Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications • Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred) • Experience working with military families (preferred) • Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred) • Prior Telehealth experience (preferred) • Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred) • Bilingual (preferred) • Multicultural expertise • BIPOC encouraged to apply • Veterans encouraged to apply Compensation: $30 - $42 hourly
