About the Role:
Join the Alabama Autism Assistance Program as a Registered Behavior Analyst in Alexander City, AL. In this rewarding role, you will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism by providing effective behavioral interventions and support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
Document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Registered Behvaior Technician preferred
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
