Role Description

This is a part time and in home role for a Registered Behavior Technician at Adaptive Steps that is intended to grow into a full time role with clinic based opportunities. The role involves implementing behavior analysis strategies, communicating effectively, providing behavioral interventions, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

Communication skills

Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (we will train and help you achieve this if you do not have your certification yet)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (minimum high school deploma)

Must be 18 or older
