About the Role:

DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session

Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in clinic, home, or community settings

Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals

Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities

Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in all client interactions

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community locations

Must pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
