    Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician RBT – Full-Time | $17–$20/hr | Sign-On Bonus

    Horizon Behavioral Consulting is urgently hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join our center-based ABA team in Mishawaka, Indiana.

    We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated team members who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs.

    Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours Job Type: Full-time Location: In person Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time candidates

    About the Role

    As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA. You will help clients learn new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and make progress toward individualized treatment goals.

    This position is a great fit for someone who is patient, reliable, energetic, and passionate about working with children.

    Responsibilities

    Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children

    Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis ABA principles

    Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

    Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and learning readiness skills

    Collect accurate data during therapy sessions

    Support clients through transitions, routines, and structured activities

    Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful therapy environment

    Complete session documentation according to company and HIPAA requirements

    Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration

    Qualifications

    Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification preferred

    Experience working with children preferred

    Experience with autism, ABA therapy, childcare, education, special education, or behavioral health is a plus

    Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate

    Must be able to follow written treatment plans and collect accurate data

    Must be able to pass required background checks and employment requirements
