We provide in-home and community-based support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on collaboration, compassion, and meaningful progress.

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are passionate about helping individuals build independence, strengthen communication, and develop important life skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

What You’ll Do: • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA • Support skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily routines, safety awareness, and independence • Collect accurate session data and communicate client progress with the supervising BCBA • Collaborate with families and caregivers to help maintain consistency across environments • Assist with preparing session materials and implementing individualized programming • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For: • Current RBT certification preferred, but not required • If not yet certified, willingness to complete the RBT certification process • Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health services preferred • Compassionate, patient, collaborative, and reliable • Comfortable working with a variety of ages, abilities, and behaviors • Strong communication and professionalism • Ability to pass a background check and reference check • Experience with CentralReach is a plus, but not required

What We Offer: • Competitive pay: $23–$28/hour depending on experience and certification • Paid training • Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement between client sessions • PTO • Paid fieldwork supervision hours for individuals pursuing BCBA certification • RBT certification reimbursement and exam fee coverage • Support through the RBT certification process for those entering the field • Opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company

Physical Requirements: • Ability to actively engage with individuals throughout therapy sessions in home and community settings • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, squat, bend, and move quickly as needed during sessions • Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds as needed • Ability to safely implement behavior intervention and safety procedures when necessary • Ability to work in environments with varying activity levels and sensory stimulation

At Advanta Autism Care, we value quality care, strong teamwork, open communication, and creating an environment where both clients and staff feel supported. We are continuing to grow across Colorado and are excited to bring on team members who want to make a meaningful impact while being part of a collaborative and passionate team.
