Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, or community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA and follow treatment protocols with fidelity
Collect detailed data on client behavior and skill acquisition during sessions
Maintain clear, accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and behavior records
Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other staff to support client goals and treatment consistency
Attend team meetings and supervision sessions with BCBAs as required
Qualifications
RBT Certification: Must hold and maintain current RBT credentials through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; some employers prefer coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or related fields.
Experience: Prior experience with individuals with autism or in ABA therapy is often preferred, but training may be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed plans and data-collection protocols
Comfortable working collaboratively within a care team
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or community settings is required
