We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a rewarding, hands-on position where you will directly impact children's development by teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and helping children reach their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications
Current RBT certification at time of application
1+ years of experience working as an RBT or providing ABA therapy
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field
Experience with specific populations (young children 2-5, school-age children, adolescents, severe problem behaviors)
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or other languages commonly spoken in Minnesota communities
Experience with toilet training, feeding interventions, or other specialized programs
