Phoenix Rising ABA is a clinician-owned and operated ABA agency seeking dependable, compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, home-based ABA services to children and families in Central New Jersey.

What we're looking for

A dependable professional who can consistently commit to an assigned schedule

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance

Strong communication and professional boundaries

Comfort working one-on-one with children in their homes and collaborating with caregivers

Willingness to follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the supervising BCBA

An active RBT certification for positions and insurance plans that require it; other candidates may be considered where permitted
