ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego .

About the Role

As a RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings , implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands-on, meaningful role where you’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data and document session notes
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in ongoing training
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers
