    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Winter Haven, FL (Orlando) and South Miami. Pay: $22–$28 per hour Schedule: Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time, Monday–Friday

    Responsibilities

    Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, or community settings

    Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA

    Collect and record accurate session data

    Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members

    Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

    You will receive consistent BCBA support and clinical guidance.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Active RBT certification (BACB)

    Strong English communication skills

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Reliable transportation

    Preferred:

    Portuguese-speaking

    Florida Medicaid provider number

    Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays

    Clients located throughout Winter Haven (Orlando) and South Miami and surrounding areas. Services provided in-home, school-based, and occasional community settings.
