    BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS INC.. is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in the CORAL GABLES, FL area. early AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY is required.

    Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Candidates will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients.

    A compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in your work are a must. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleagues.

    Our company specializes in home and school based ABA Therapy, as well as parent and school support.

    Responsibilities

    Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.

    Collect and record data on patient behavior.

    Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.

    Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.

    Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.

    Maintain strict confidentiality.

    Attend training to acquire further knowledge.

    Qualifications

    Additional certification is REQUIRED (RBT)

    Must have a Miami Dade Public Schools badge or be willing to get one

    One year minimum of experience as an RBT is required

    Able to work Monday through Wednesday between 12pm, and 4 pm, and Saturday Mornings

    Able to commute to Coral Gables, FL

    Good written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills.

    Basic Computer skills.

    Associate’s Degree or two years of college in behavioral health or a related field is preferred
