At Peace Care is a growing in-home ABA therapy provider serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across New Jersey. We are committed to compassionate, ethical, and family-centered care—and we’re looking for dedicated Behavioral Technicians to join our team.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time (with opportunity for growth)
Setting: In-home ABA therapy
Schedule: Afternoon / Evening
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and certification)
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings
Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
Maintain professionalism with families and clinical team
Follow ethical and clinical standards as outlined by BACB
Requirements
High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience working with children with autism or special needs is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Must pass background check and required clearances
Strong communication and professionalism
